9 Sandpiper Drive — Westport
5,832 SF on 2.45 waterfront acres on the east branch of the Westport River. Acquired in 2019, renovated top to bottom, completed 2024.

A 1986 colonial with a cramped galley kitchen and no garage. Kitchen addition, attached two-car garage and a whole-house renovation — 2,821 SF finished.

32 B Drive — Westport
900 sq ft, one bedroom, built on the second story of an existing two-car garage — plus an 18′×18′ mudroom addition, a new 200 amp service, a new boiler, and central AC added to the 1966 ranch below. The garage stayed a garage and the yard never changed.
